The Insight Wisdom Center is the educational arm of Insight Counseling & Wellness. We offer a diverse and ever-evolving range of retreats and events such as sound baths, personal growth day retreats, yoga and other wellbeing classes. The Wisdom Center also offers various CE-accredited trainings geared toward healthcare teams.
