Consultation for clinicians
EMDR
Angela Schueffner, LMFT, is now offering EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) consultation services at Insight Counseling & Wellness for clinicians who have completed EMDR basic training.
Angela Schueffner MS, LMFT (she, her, hers)
Angela supports individuals in reconnecting with their innate capacity for healing and growth. She integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, somatic practices, and holistic traditions to foster deep mind-body healing. Her approach nurtures self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful connection with both self and others. For those ready to break free from limiting beliefs, shift habitual patterns, and experience greater ease, these methods can be a powerful fit for their healing journey.
Growing up in rural Wisconsin, Angela cultivated a sense of humor while staying grounded in authenticity and compassion — qualities that continue to guide and shape her work today. Rooted in strengths-based and systems theory, she specializes in supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, high sensitivity (HSPs, SPS), emotional regulation, and relationship concerns. She also works with intimate partners using an Internal Family Systems approach, helping those invested in deepening their understanding of themselves, while fostering greater connection and compassion in their relationship.
Angela creates a collaborative, accepting space for existential exploration and transformational healing — where mind, body, and spirit can truly align.
